Slave Maschine to Logic – Control Maschine via the MIDI Clock in Logic Pro
There are two main reasons that a user may encounter this message:
One solution is to upgrade the system to 64bit, in which Logic Pro can potentially allocate an infinite amount of RAM.
The other solution is to run Maschine as a MIDI clock slave to Logic Pro, enabling the two to run together as separate devices. Here is how to do it:
Click on Logic Pro in the top menu bar and select Preferences>MIDI from the drop down menu

Click on MIDI Sync Project Settings in the bottom right-hand corner in the resulting window.

Step 3: Setting up Logic Pro
i) In the resulting window, navigate to Transmit MIDI Clock and click the checkbox next to Destination 1.
ii) Click on the resulting pull down menu and select Maschine Virtual Input

Step 4: Setting up Maschine
Click File>Audio and MIDI Settings… in the top menu bar

Step 5: Setting up Maschine
Click on MIDI from the three available tabs in the resulting window.

Step 6: Setting up Maschine
Navigate through the resulting list and find Maschine Virtual Input. If the status reads Off, click it and change the parameter to On.

Then click OK
Step 8: Setting up Maschine
Click on File in the top menu bar and select Sync to External Midi Clock.
Note: If this option is greyed out, close Maschine and re-open it. You should find that the option is now available.

Maschine will now run in sync using the transport commands from Logic Pro.
