We thought we would continue with our free plugins posts this week, but this time instead of synths here’s our round up of the best free fx tools, yours for completely free! Get downloading people!

• Glitch features a pattern-based effects sequencer that takes the incoming audio, breaks it down into user-defined slices, and then applies different effects to each slice. The sounds it generates range from quite subtle to extremely bizarre, depending on how much you tweak the controls.
• Gsnap is an auto-tune effect. It can be used subtly to correct the pitch of a vocal, or, with more extreme settings, to create a robot-voice effect.
• FerricTDS – Tape Dynamics Simulator – Winner OF KVR  Developer Challenge last year, It is inspired by the smooth dynamic shaping capabilities of some high-end reel-to-reel tape recorders, this plug-in simulates three of the most distinctive and much appreciated sonic effects generated by these devices
• LFX-1310 is a Free plug-in multi-effector including 24 types of algorithm and 3 serial slots. This freeware is the stand-alone version of Effecting Module of Ravity(S) & Ravity(R). Every algorithm realizes the very effect you have on your mind, and is fully optimized for low CPU load.
• Nebula3 Free is a fully functional, feature-limited version of Nebula3 Pro. Nebula emulates the character and personality of analog hardware with exacting accuracy. • Tal-Dub III is an easy-to-use delay device with some special features. It’s no tape delay emulation and has its own sound. It has an alias-free saturation stage, a non-linear 6dB low-pass and a 3dB high-pass filter that are included in the feedback path of the device
